pkr8 Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr8 platform, accessible at https://pkr8.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or digital properties operated under the pkr8 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pkr8 and is an English-language online sports betting and casino information service designed for Pakistani users.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pkr8 does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, any provincial authority of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any applicable provincial legislation.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the pkr8 website at https://pkr8.cam, including all pages, features, services and content accessible through it.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform to confirm a User's identity, age and address before processing withdrawals or in response to risk assessments.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a User's Account, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlawful, including but not limited to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the extent that applicable law prohibits the relevant activity.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, text, data compilations, software and other materials owned by or licensed to pkr8.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr8. You acknowledge that you are entering into this Agreement freely and voluntarily, and that no representations have been made to you outside of what is expressly stated herein.

Where pkr8 provides additional terms specific to a particular promotion, game, feature or service ("Supplementary Terms"), those Supplementary Terms shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail in respect of the specific service to which they relate, unless the Supplementary Terms expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Access to the Platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, and the funds in your Account originate from legitimate sources.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for any reason related to fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of pkr8, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written approval from pkr8.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

pkr8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify pkr8 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

5.3 KYC Verification

pkr8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address and, where relevant, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to pkr8's satisfaction. pkr8 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time.

Subject to these Terms, pkr8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale of Platform content, odds data or user data;
• Access the Platform by any automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar technologies, without the prior written consent of pkr8;
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair pkr8's servers or networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

Any use of the Platform not expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited. pkr8 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any User who, in pkr8's sole discretion, violates this provision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, corporate entity or third-party identity;
• Using false, stolen or misappropriated identity documents or payment method details during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corruption in connection with any sport or event offered on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors or vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void;
• Using arbitrage strategies, bonus abuse, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers;
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties in any game or bet offered on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pkr8 staff, other users or third parties in connection with the Platform.

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment rails such as Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change and must be confirmed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. The mention of these payment services on pkr8 is for reference purposes only and does not imply endorsement of gambling by any named payment provider or financial institution.

All deposits must be funded from payment instruments owned solely by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts, fees and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

pkr8 does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at any given time. Technical issues, provider policy changes and compliance requirements may affect deposit availability without notice. Deposits shall be credited to your Account only after funds are confirmed as received by the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) full KYC verification has been completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met; (c) no pending security review, fraud investigation or compliance hold is in place on the Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in the cashier at the time of request.

Withdrawals will generally be processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier for each method. However, pkr8 does not guarantee processing times. Actual processing depends on operator review queues, individual Account verification status, payment provider processing schedules and any compliance checks triggered by the transaction. Bank transfer withdrawals to institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah may take longer than e-wallet or instant payment methods due to banking cut-off times, public holidays and additional screening.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. pkr8 reserves the right to apply an alternative payment method where the original method is unavailable, subject to the required verification.

pkr8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and may only be used for the game types or markets specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering or low-risk balanced betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• Any illustrative bonus figure referenced on the pkr8 platform (for example, "welcome bonus up to PKR 25,000") represents the maximum potential offer under the relevant promotion and is subject to published eligibility criteria and terms. pkr8 makes no guarantee that any User will qualify for the maximum figure.
• pkr8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying Users are notified within a reasonable period.

All bets and game rounds on the Platform are governed by the rules applicable to each specific market or game. These rules are published within the relevant sport, market or game interface and should be reviewed before placing any wager. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as determined by pkr8 in its sole discretion shall prevail.

11.1 Sports Betting

Decimal odds are used throughout the Platform's sportsbook. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform issues a confirmation receipt. Bets placed on void events, cancelled matches or suspended markets will have stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules. In-play bets are placed at the odds available at the moment of acceptance — not at the odds displayed at the time of selection.

11.2 Casino & Live Dealer

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Dealer games, by the physical actions of a human dealer in a regulated studio. RTP figures displayed on game information pages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and are not indicative of the return in any individual session or period.

11.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, bonus credits or any game result caused by a technical fault or human error, pkr8 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the original stake to the User's Account. "Manifest error" means an error that is obvious and not in keeping with standard market or game conditions. pkr8's decision in such matters is final.

pkr8 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period as specified by the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Users may restrict the total amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders and automatic logout after a defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no access, deposits or wagers will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the Platform's responsible gambling section or by contacting the support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-up notifications may be enabled to inform Users of their session duration and net activity.

Users displaying signs of problem gambling — including spending beyond their means, chasing losses, or gambling interfering with work, family or social obligations — are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion and seek professional support. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, digital downloads, software and the overall design of the Platform — is the property of pkr8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr8.

The pkr8 name, logo and any associated trade marks are the property of pkr8. Unauthorised use of any pkr8 trade mark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr8, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of obtaining substitute services.

pkr8's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to mandatory minimum liability requirements under applicable law.

pkr8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

pkr8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if pkr8 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false or misleading information, or if pkr8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in your Account at the time of termination may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pkr8's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr8 holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkr8 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where pkr8 reasonably considers it necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Users based in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply local law regardless of the governing law clause in these Terms. This clause does not constitute legal advice, and Users in Pakistan are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding their rights and obligations under applicable local law.

pkr8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr8 will provide reasonable notice by email to the address associated with your Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
